Meaning of the shirt / visual description design

This T-shirt design was based on the concept of the 'Genderbread Person' - if you haven't heard of it, google is your friend!

I, Arlo/Eyemèr, drew it with a real person instead of a cookie. What I really love, is art in which trans and/or non-binary people are being represented. I especially adore drawings of people with top surgery (mastectomy; surgery to remove the breasts of an afab person) scars. In the future I will most probably get top surgery and it makes me feel powerful to wear something that represents how I feel I should look like. I hope it can make you feel empowered as well!

The T-shirt portrays a person with scars on their chest, leaning with their arms on something. In their hair there's a scribble of a brain. Out of the brain it shows a line with at the end of the line written 'Gender Identity'. There's also a heart drawn on their chest, out of which a line springs to indicate 'Attraction'. The third and last line starts on their arm and at the end there can be read 'Gender Expression'.
